Jadd Shalak
FOUNDER & CEO
Mr. Jadd Shalak is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Averyx Group, bringing over 30 years of international experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate advisory services.
He holds a Doctorate in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney, Australia, and has held senior leadership roles across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Mr. Shalak is recognized for his pragmatic leadership
approach and provides strategic leadership and oversight, driving the Group’s long-term growth.
Jadd’s vision in establishing Averyx Group in U.A.E. was driven by a commitment to delivering world-class professional services that combine global best practices with strong local market insight.
Ms. Faten Chafi holds a Master’s degree in French Private Law and a master’s degree in French insurance law, and is a qualified barrister in France. She is also certified in Advanced English by the University of Cambridge, reflecting her strong command of legal and business communication in international environments.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Ms. Chafi brings extensive international legal and operational expertise gained through her work with leading law firms in France and the United Kingdom.
Ms. Chafi currently serves as General Manager of Averyx Group, based in Dubai, where she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving strategic planning and execution, and ensuring the effective coordination of the Group’s legal, compliance and professional service functions. Known for her structured leadership style, Ms. Chafi manages key professional and client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across the Group.
